Travel Plans

Hey, thanks for logging on!

Just really wanted to keep an ‘online’ journal for all my friends and family to keep track of my plans and whereabouts. So feel free to drop in every so often and follow me on my adventures around Asian lands!

Outline:

February to the end of March – Kuala Lumper, Malaysia

29th March to 31st March = 2 trains and 2 hotels until I reach Surat Thani, Thailand

31st March to 5th April = Staying with Surat Thani Monkey Training College!

6th to 13th April – Chiang Mai Hilltribes and jungle / elephant trekking

13th to 21st April – Mini island hops covering Similan Islands, Surin and Tachai Islands

22nd April to end of May = Exploring Indochina covering: Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos

End of May – Short stay at a Monastery in Ubon Ratchathani! (just to see what goes on in the life of a Buddha!)

June and beyond = Free will back packing and island hopping throughout Thailand

8th June – ‘Fell’ into a teaching job in North East Thailand! Yup…the Readders became an English teacher!

13th July – Cambodia visa run from Nang Rong to O’Smach border, yawn!

August – Sydney, Australia and Hunters Valley and then wherever else my feet take me! (Ayres Rock as it turned out haha)

September – Ubud in Bali…in search of new / alternative reiki healing ideas / practices..

October – Back to Malaysia to cross off Penang State Park and Taman Negara National Park (both for more jungle treks and canopy walks). Then another short stint over in Thailand to see my Thai pals, then whizzing back over to KL and then…..HOME!!! :/ Unless of course….a miracle occurs! Here’s hoping 😉

(Now available to hire for a travel journalism career haha!)

Future plans – Dates TBC:

Cuba

Costa Rica

Columbia

Peru – Rainforests and trekking…of course!
